Working in Small Projects (WISP®) Foundation

This training introduces learners to the WISP framework, a simple, accessible approach tailored for managing small or non-complex projects and change initiatives. It’s targeted at professionals who work with projects as part of their role, including operational staff, team members, and aspiring project leads. Learners gain clarity on four project stages and seven guiding principles that make project delivery more straightforward.
