Business Development Manager – Swedish Market

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the Swedish market.

In this role, your primary focus will be identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will build relationships with prospective customers, generate qualified sales opportunities, and establish FrontNexus as a trusted partner for businesses across Sweden.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys opening new doors, creating commercial opportunities, and making a direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Swedish market.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Engage key decision-makers and establish strong commercial relationships.
  • Generate and qualify a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity reporting within the CRM.
  • Represent FrontNexus professionally at customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

  • Native or fluent Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is considered an advantage.
