1. Learners Registered Through Their Employer (B2B)
If your employer registers you:
- we act as a data processor under instructions from your employer
- your employer is the data controller
- your employer may access information related to enrolments, attendance, course progress, completion records, and certification attempts (if applicable)
2. Direct Learners (B2C)
If you purchase Courses directly from FrontNexus, we act as the data controller and process your data to:
- manage registrations and accounts
- deliver Courses and learning materials
- provide customer support
- send updates, changes, or reminders
- improve course experience
- market similar services (where permitted)
- fulfil legal and financial obligations
3. Website Visitors, Marketing Contacts & Others
For individuals not enrolled in a course, we may use personal data to:
- respond to inquiries
- provide marketing materials

C. Disclosure of Your Data

2. With Your Employer (Where Applicable)
If your employer funds or manages your training, they may access course attendance records, progress and assessments, and certification results.
3. With Trusted Service Providers
We may share data with third parties who assist us in providing Services, including learning platform providers, IT hosting services, payment processors, email and marketing systems, CRM tools, event management platforms, and certification bodies. All service providers must sign GDPR-compliant agreements.
