A ValueCard provides extra training credit on top of your purchased amount, giving your organisation more learning for the same budget. It is a simple, flexible way to commit to development and get rewarded for it.

Many companies purchase training on an ongoing basis as needs arise. With a ValueCard, you consolidate your investment and receive the reward immediately in the form of added value that increases your overall training capacity.

You commit to a one-time training investment through a ValueCard agreement. This amount acts as a prepaid balance usable across a wide range of training services and programmes.
An additional value (add-on) is applied, sized by the total allocated amount, the scope and duration of the agreement, and your organisational needs.
The allocated amount can be used across our full education and learning portfolio, enabling flexible planning and prioritisation of training activities.
Once confirmed, the ValueCard is activated and can be used in accordance with the agreed terms and validity period.
If you allocate, for example, DKK 500,000 to a ValueCard, you may receive an add-on of DKK 100,000 in extra training value.

For smaller amounts, e.g. DKK 100,000, the add-on percentage may differ. The exact add-on is always agreed individually based on scope and commitment.
